A former Certified Leadership Trainer and Coach at PETRONAS Leadership Centre, she specialized in leadership, coaching, communication, innovation, and safety culture for the oil and gas industry. Holding a Bachelor of Linguistics from Toronto (1985) and a Master of Science in Education from Birmingham (1988), she has worked in learning and development since 1985. Her research interests include psychometric profiling, Islamic coaching, leadership, and women’s empowerment. Known as Kak`Fab to her students, she excels at designing experiential learning frameworks and uses social media to spark creative thinking and inspire youth in the pursuit of knowledge and truth.

Prof. Dato Mat Saat Baki

Known as TokMat, Dato’ Dr. Mat Saat Baki is a clinical and counseling psychologist who heads the psychometric center at UNISEL. Formerly the Director of the Psychological Services Unit in Malaysia’s Public Service Department, he holds a Bachelor of Psychology and a Master of Social Work from the University of Western Australia, as well as a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the United States International University. He is also professionally qualified in Marriage, Family and Child Counseling, and Sexology. TokMat has spearheaded the formulation, validation, and translation of numerous psychometric assessments in both government and management contexts, and served as a lead psychological assessor for Malaysia’s first astronaut program.

Tn Hj Yasir Abdul Rahman

Hj. Yasir has led numerous high-level initiatives throughout his career, including serving as CEO of the Petronas Leadership Centre, Group Advisor at RHBBanking Group, and Adviser COE cum Group Chief Human Resource Officer at BPMB. He developed the Leader-Develop-Leader strategy at Petronas, transformed its Training Academy into the Petronas Leadership Centre, and pioneered coaching and strategic storytelling for the Petronas Group. Certified in ToPTM and ORID empathetic facilitation, Yasir also designed integrated talent management systems for BPMB and RHB—covering leadership development curriculum, leadership gap analysis, dual career pathways, performance management, succession planning, and more.

Tuan Khairul Azman Yasin

Khairul has over 35 years of oil and gas experience, with over 15 years experiences as a reservoir engineer, petroleum economics, and production planning before transitioning to corporate administration.A former CEO of PETRONAS’s training centers, he oversaw institutions such as PERMATA, INSTEP, UTP, and ALAM. His background with oversight for over 10,000 employees across 15 countries of PETRONAS. He also contributed to strategic reviews, technology initiatives, and educational transformations, shared insights at seminars worldwide, completed global leadership programs (INSEAD, GILD, ICLiF), and served on INTAN’s Advanced Leadership Management Program panel.

Encik Wan Fadzil Adlan

Wan Fadzil Adlan has over 30 years of experience in the energy sector, transitioning from operations to strategy and management consulting. With a Master’s in Engineering Management (UNITEN) and a B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering (University of Missouri, USA), he specializes in change management, strategy development, and total quality management. His contributions to corporate transformations and initiatives like the Bumiputra Vendor Development Program have driven significant organizational success. Accredited as a Change Management Practitioner and LEGO Serious Play Facilitator, Wan Fadzil is committed to transformative corporate practices.

Tn Hj Marzuki Hj Ahmad

Graduating from Universiti Malaya in 1982 with a BSc in Education (Mathematics major, Physics minor), he joined PETRONAS the same year as a trainee management executive. Over three decades, he held various key roles in strategic planning and market research, sharpening his administrative, management, and business development skills. A former General Manager at PETRONAS, he now consults on LNG projects and serves as an Assessor for both PETRONAS and MAS recruitment programs. Additionally, he is a Certified Trainer & Coach for the PETRONAS Leadership Centre. With over 20 years of experience in recruitment and top talent development, he remains a vital contributor to assessment and recruitment module design
